Conflicts of Interest and Complaints

1. Conflicts of interest

Conflicts may arise from Peaceinvest’s various Designated Investment Business activities. Peaceinvest takes measures to avoid conflicts of interest or to protect clients from disadvantages. If a disadvantage for clients cannot be excluded, the conflict will be disclosed to you as client. Peaceinvest warrants that, to the best of its knowledge, no actual, perceived, or potential conflicts of interest exist at the commencement of agreements with clients and suitable processes are enshrined into the KYC, onboarding and client classification stage to mitigate any current or potential conflicts

PI takes measures to address any conflict, which may include:

  • Requiring the Parties to divest certain interests
  • Implementing additional oversight or controls
  • Reassigning certain responsibilities
  • In severe cases, terminating agreements, contracts or exiting the advisory/arranger, products and services with the Parties

For the avoidance of doubt, PI does not hold client money nor exercise discretion over client assets or provide any custody services to clients.

2. Complaints

Should you have any question or issue, please reach out to your usual contact at Peaceinvest. If we are unable to address your question or solve the issue, you can contact the ombudsman office Finanzombudsstelle Schweiz (FINOS) (“Ombudsman”). This is the Ombudsman service with which Peaceinvest is affiliated and is a free and neutral information and mediation agency.  Detailed contact information for the relevant ombudsman can be found at:
